Collagen Induction Therapy and Injecting with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

This class will cover the basics of PRP (platelet rich plasma) and PRFM (platelet rich fibrin matrix) use in medical aesthetics. PRP has been used in orthopedics and dentistry for over 20 years to aid in tissue regeneration and healing. The art of aesthetic medicine has been administering PRP for the past 15 years for cosmetic purposes. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) contains proteins called growth factors which have healing properties. PRP/PRFM can be used to stimulate collagen which helps to guide tissue regeneration, to soften wrinkles, improve dark circles under the eyes, provide volume where aging has caused volume loss, increase cell growth as well as hair restoration. This class will cover uses for PRP and will also cover techniques in obtaining PRP as well as product administration, and safe techniques for injections. The course will include a didactic presentation, a live demonstration and hands-on training in the afternoon. We recommend having 2 models for your hands-on training. Models simply pay the cost of the product. We want you to have the best experience possible.

The cost of the class is $800. We will cap the class at 6 students to give you the best learning experience. A deposit of $400 is required to hold your space in class. The remainder will be due one week prior to class. Lunch is included so please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can accommodate you.
